The future of Power Lines

I try real hard not to be a pessimist, however I am becoming alarmed on a daily basis, concerning our fleeing freedom. Today (or to be exact, 21 hours ago) News that the US .gov has subpoenaed google for it's search records. If you think I'm a conspiracy theorist by becoming alarmed by this, you might need to turn off your television and read a little more.

The other siren has been wailing for a while (Bruce Schneir ) I am speaking of RFID, an actually stupid technology (literally speaking it offers only static data and is insecure at that) Which is mandated to be issued in all passports this year. San Francisco is already checking RFID passports from Australia (so much for my dream of moving there to escape oppression~how naive of me). You see the noose is being tightened, and just like nazi Germany when you have total compliance you can start silencing the dissident voices.

The Gatekeepers--
...you have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged, and many of them are so inert...so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it...
